A Story + Art = a great stART

For our project this week, we read The Mitten by Jan Brett. I found on her website a fun project to go along with the story. Coloring in all the animals from the story and putting them inside a mitten that we cut out and glued together. (We are starting small with our stART projects, but I hope to get more creative as time goes on!!!!)
Here is Ryleigh's tray with this week's "art" supplies.

I was going to do this same project! LOL. But the week I meant to do it (last week) I got too busy with the baby on our stART day and we still haven't gotten around to it. Bear LOVES this book and all of Jan Brett's books.
