We finally got a picture with all 5 girls... Some of the topics we worked on that are not portrayed by the pictures were: our sight words...handwriting without tears...Spanish... and geography...
The K4 Class
They used Uno Cards and counting bears for a math manipulative... so many possibilities for these... we also use them to help practice Spanish...
During their independent work time, some of the girls used these I Spy Alphabet Tubes I made... and found the letters....and then marked them with a bead on the laminated key card...
For Whatcha Making Wednesday...the girls made mini pumpkin breads... and used their knives to cut slices....
Two of the Books that we Read as we continued our Fall theme this week were:
- Autumn Walk by Ann Burg
- My Happy Pumpkin, God's Love Shining Through Me by Crystal Bowman

The arm/fingerprint trees are super cute!
Oh, what a fun home! I'm tempted to "borrow" the fingerpaint trees idea! :)
Those trees really turned out well. Looks like a fun Autumn.

Those hand arm trees are adorable! I might have to steal that idea! Thanks!
Looks great! I love the tong/ice cube tray activity. What a great way to encourage that hand/eye coordination.
So many fun ideas!! I'd love for you to share them here:

LOL at the wishbone comment. It took me a second =)
I LOVE the pumpkin bread activity - I really need to do more practical life activities with my oldest!
That is a great idea with the mini pumpkin bread. We do a lot of baking with our kids and they often have friends over. Of course the friends want to take home treats too - these would be perfect!
Love it- shared on Facebook! Thanks for linking up to The Sunday Showcase!
