A Story + Art = a great stART!!!
We are doing "Ee" this week for school...so I tried to coordinate our stART project...a little bit... We read Little Elephant's Clever Trick...a story about animals natural camouflage...and in the end...(spoiler alert)...Elephant finds that he too can hide in the wild...For our project...we did Elephant Hand Prints...so fun...and so messy... but all the girls did great!
Me...painting Ryleigh's hand grey...

I love those handprint elephants! We made similar ones a while back after reading Horton Hatches the Egg. Our handprint elephants sat on top of a tree and the kids thought it was hilarious.
So cute!!
