Ryleigh is 36 Months and Braeden is 8 Months
This week was another less...than...productive week.... we did Musical Mondays, our stART project, the Letter of the Week...and a few others...but only had one structured day of "school"...at this point my goal is to finish getting her ready for completely transitioning into preschool (still at home) by August...so lots of cutting and writing practice...she knows her Letters and Numbers..but more work on them...patterns...listening...etc...The girls made zucchini muffins...
We did "U" is for Umbrella...we had the girls color each section of the Umbrella top a different color (practicing their listening skills)... then we used blue paint on their finger tips as rain drops..My friend Michelle made these great printables for cutting and sorting circles and triangles... Ryleigh loved this activity....she cut out the shapes and glued them on the paper in the correct category...
I checked on Ryleigh after feeding Braeden
and found that she had sorted her alphabet letters by color...

TINY TOT SCHOOL(I will be doing a separate post dedicated to the party since I have a ton of pictures...)My favorite picture this week...superstar!!!!!
Braden played with his friends this week...and discovered just how much stuff he could tip over... he plays completely different then how Ryleigh used to play...he is so interested in what is inside everything...he likes to tip things over and take things apart...
He has emptied all the blocks out of the wagon...and now needs to see what if anything else is inside...or if he can fit inside...I'm not sure which one...

Those U for umbrellas are adorable.
Good luck with transitioning to preschool from tot school. I'll be honest - at the moment my 3.5 year old is not interested in any school - she just wants to play. Luckily she learned to read when she was in a more compliant mood :)
We love our Melissa & Doug pattern blocks! I came from the Homeschool Creations link up! Love your blog.
I love the projects you did and the family shots. Thanks for stopping by.
How cool that your little one sorted her letters without any help. : )
I love how you set up all the ingredients for the zucchini muffins - I need to do that more. I love the umbrellas, too! Great week!
What a fun week! I love the umbrella!
A-dorable!
