During class the girls made Chocolate Chip Cookies (Nestle Tollhouse- recipe on the back of the package of chips)... great way to use many skills- listening and following directions, colors (I color coordinate the bowls), fine motor, math (measuring) and science (how and why do the cookies rise?)... but best of all they are just yummy!
The girls adding their eggs...
Luckily...Braeden woke up from his nap... just in time to help taste the cookies with the girls... my favorite part is the hair...The girls adding their eggs...
Here he is saying..."cookieeeeeeeeeeeeee"....

ReplyDeleteLove the spelling of Ryleigh's name. Same as my daughter! Don't see it so often. Enjoys the cookies!
ReplyDeleteChocolate chip cookies are the best - especially when kids help bake them! =)
ReplyDeleteThis is very cute, especially his expressions.
ReplyDeleteWe love chocolate chip cookies. Adorable pictures!
ReplyDeleteI love cooking science, and the measuring is also good practice for science too, not just math.
