Whatcha Making Wednesdays.... Tomato and Garlic Pizza


This week we made Tomato and Garlic Pizza...a recipe that I recently got from a Pampered Chef Party...we love this recipe...it is a great one for the kids to do....and so yummy!!!

And then the cheese...
Ingredients:
  • Pizza Dough
  • 1-2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
  • Parm cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Plum Tomatoes
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)
  2. Roll out and Oil Pizza Dough, put in bar pan
  3. Spread squished fresh garlic all over the dough
  4. Spread out the tomatoes thinly sliced
  5. Shake some grated parm cheese over the dough
  6. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese to cover the dough
  7. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes...
** You can add all sorts of yummy vegetables/ toppings to this sauce-less pizza!

This is very similar to my MILs pizza and I happen to have some leftover in the fridge. Yay lunch!
